Privacy notice
This notice covers the website at connectwifi.in. ConnectWiFi is made by UrbanTech Services LLP, Mumbai (“we”). It explains what the website collects, why, and how to ask us about it.
The “Book a visit” form
If you fill in the form, we receive your name, your mobile number and, if you add it, your venue and city. The website sends them to our team by email the moment you press the button. The website itself does not store them.
We use them only to contact you about your enquiry and to arrange a visit. We do not sell them or use them for unrelated marketing. We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
If you message us on WhatsApp or call us instead, WhatsApp's and your phone provider's own terms apply to that conversation.
The demo
“See it in your venue” runs entirely in your browser on made-up data. The venue name and colour you type are kept in your browser's local storage so the demo pages can show them. They are never sent to us. You can clear them by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Cookies and analytics
The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no fonts or scripts from other companies.
Hosting
The website is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Guest Wi-Fi at our clients' venues
When you sign in to a venue's guest Wi-Fi that uses ConnectWiFi, the venue decides what is collected and keeps it on its own machine. Questions about that data are best sent to the venue first; we will help them answer.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, or withdraw your consent. Write to mateen@urbantech.in or call +91 70219 08946. We will reply within a reasonable time.
